Oversees the analysis and review of budgets, schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, plus 8 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing environment—including:
MBA or MS in Engineering, and experience with an automotive lighting manufacturer is preferred.
