Assists in analyzing and reviewing budgets, schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Production Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. Position Overview
Shift Supervisors are an integral part of Burlington's management team. They are responsible for directing all manufacturing activities of the shift to include safety, quality, production, efficiencies and employee relations in a manner that meets the operation's production goal and customer commitments. Facilitating strong communications and good teamwork are key elements of the position, as well as ensuring that all policies & procedures are applied consistently and achieve plant standards in the areas of safety, production, quality, waste and cost.
