Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Production Manager (Blends).

You will help your team stay compliant with regulatory standards while improving you and your team’s production.

We’re looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and relevant experience to the role.

What you will do:

• Collaborate across departments to optimize production efforts
• Ensure compliance within your processes, team members, and operational responsibilities
• General managerial tasks like schedule management, performance reviews, hiring and interviewing, and more
• Support your team to maximize production through training
• Set team goals to achieve

• 1 years of experience with data analysis

What you must bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
