Total Seed Production is a third-party corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, Indiana. We are growing and adding a new position to our farm team. We are currently looking to fill the position of Production Agronomist. This position will be focused on equipment, technology, and operations and will flex between an office setting and farm operations. This position will be approximately 70 percent field work and 30 percent office work Previous experience in seed, agronomy, and/or research is beneficial. Training will be provided, but the candidate must be a quick learner, willing and able to ask questions, work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, and handle multiple job responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, previous experience with agriculture-related software and/or drones, and willingness to change and grow with the company are important.
