The Production Team is essential to a smooth operation of the film festival's theater venues, guest hospitality spaces, and main office. Production Team is responsible for setting and striking venues, delivering and maintaining supplies, and ensuring festival spaces are neat and safe at all time.
The Production Manager is responsible for the allocation of labor resources, tracking budget & expenditures, maintaining open communication with other departments to fullfill any production request, and tracking production schedule to insure all is done in a timely manner.
