    As the Santa Rosa Branch Manager within our Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch. You will do this by balancing time and resources, using your leadership skills, training and developing your teams, and tracking branch performance to meet our goals.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee and set reasonable and productive work and sales goals with direct reports (Account Managers, Production Managers, Enhancement Managers, & Irrigation Managers)
    • Champion our Quality Counts program, assess job quality, identify training opportunities, and develop and implement training.
    • Lead staff meetings to ensure goals and objectives are effectively communicated and provide guidance and leadership to assist staff with meeting their goals.
    • Review financial statements and data frequently to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets and control inventory.
    • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals and monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
    • Participate in virtual and in-person HOA board meetings, budget meetings, and other activities.
    • Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of our services and communication with other divisions such as Construction, IT, HR, and Accounting. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
    • Act as the liaison with management and assist in the development and implementation of operational plans.
    • Assist with new contract sales and account start-ups as needed; create work schedules, punch lists, and quality control.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a landscaping team
    • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture, or other Green Industry degree
    • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
    • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
    • Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with Aspire Landscape Management Software a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Customer service experience
    • English fluency is required, Spanish is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license with an adequate driving record
