    POSITION SUMMARY

    Takes direction from operations manager. Responsible for scheduling and deploying crews to achieve company goals and client expectations. Process jobs received from sales and coordinate materials. Update all databases and calendars accurately and timely. Communicate as needed to departments as schedules change. Address and resolve client concerns as needed while upholding company standards for customer service and company culture.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Scheduling and Material Order Management
    • Schedule the proper quantity of jobs to meet company goals
    • Once jobs are assigned to you ensure jobs are scheduled and all client communications are completed withing required timeframe to achieve company standards.
    • Ensure all materials are ordered promptly so that scheduling dates are met. Labor/Crew Scheduling
    • Coordinate the schedule of the labor crews.
    • Ensure proper crew assigned for the type of job to be performed.
    • Coordinate dumpster drop offs and pick-ups.
    • Assist with communicating and processing change orders Uphold company standards for company culture and performance
    • Ensure customer is delighted by upholding company standards for communication and service
    • Constantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and assist in developing systems and procedures
    • Turn all data, paperwork etc. in that you are responsible for accurately and on time. • Attend required meetings on time and be positively engaged.
    • Be an example of the values and principles laid out in the company vision. Production Manager may take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. We encourage you to be flexible and responsive to meet organizational needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Enjoy working independently as well as in a group
    • You thrive in a progressive fast paced environment
    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (In residential home services is a plus)
    • Proficient with CRM software, G-Suite, Office 365
    • Professional, well spoken, with pleasant speaking voice and delivery.
    • High School or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
    • Must be self starter who can be depended on to complete tasks in an office or remote environment
