We are seeking a high energy and adaptable Production Associate. We are looking for results-oriented individuals with mechanical aptitude that are willing to rise to a challenge. Note: This is not a remote position. The job location is on site in Great Falls, MT.

As a Production Associate, you'll immerse yourself in the heart of our cutting-edge, fully digital print production environment. Your journey will include:

· Review and execute job tickets with precision, ensuring every detail meets customer specifications all while minimizing spoilage and ensuring the highest quality finished product.

· Operate and maintain a variety of cutting-edge equipment, including Horizon, Polar, TEC Lighting, Versafire, and Heidelberg that are used in the printing and finishing processes to achieve and exceed quality and quantity targets.

· Conduct in-process Quality Control following company policies and procedures to guarantee top-notch results.

· Maintain comprehensive records and conduct routine maintenance for seamless operations.

· Embrace cross-training opportunities, including roles in saddle stitch and perfect binder operations.

· Be part of creating an excellent customer experience by working as a team to keep production on schedule and ensure a quality finished product for our customers, offering assistance at various workstations as needed to keep production moving as well as working with other internal teams as needed.

· Assist in updating training materials for production workstations as needed.

· Demonstrate your strength by regularly lifting weights up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods.

· Cultivate a productive environment by ensuring your workstation remains organized and clean.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Salary range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

· Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift.

· Work setting: In-person.
