    As a Production Supervisor at Double Check Pressure Washing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our pressure washing operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on achieving production goals.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate a team of pressure washing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance while completing up to 50% of the job.

    2. **Quality Assurance:** Maintain a high standard of quality in all cleaning operations, inspect work, and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

    3. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed rigorously to prevent accidents and injuries.

    4. **Equipment Maintenance:** Oversee the maintenance and repair of pressure washing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Oversee maintenance and repair of vehicles and scheduling shop appointments as needed.

    5. **Client Communication:** Interact with clients to understand their specific needs, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

    6. **Reporting:** Prepare production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management.

    **Qualifications:**

    - Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the pressure washing or related industry.

    - Strong knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment, and chemical applications.
