Role & Responsibilities:

• Must be familiar with and in compliance with all safety requirements for the department.
• Accurately pick products from designated locations and ensure order fulfillment with high precision.
• Pack goods effectively, ensuring safety and compliance with shipping specifications.
• Inspect products for defects and damages prior to packing, reporting any discrepancies.
• Utilize handheld devices or paper lists to perform inventory checks and update records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for packing techniques and materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
• Adhere to safety management practices and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline process and increase efficiency.
• Utilize material handling equipment, adhering to safety procedures.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events that promote our values and strengthen our culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse pick/pack operations preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately count and manage inventory.
• Proficiency in using electronic devices and scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working well with a team.
• Flexibility to work in different areas as needs dictate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bending, twisting, reaching
• Continuous mental and visual attention while picking parts
