Role & Responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with and in compliance with all safety requirements for the department.
- Accurately pick products from designated locations and ensure order fulfillment with high precision.
- Pack goods effectively, ensuring safety and compliance with shipping specifications.
- Inspect products for defects and damages prior to packing, reporting any discrepancies.
- Utilize handheld devices or paper lists to perform inventory checks and update records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for packing techniques and materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to safety management practices and internal protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline process and increase efficiency.
- Utilize material handling equipment, adhering to safety procedures.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and events that promote our values and strengthen our culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse pick/pack operations preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately count and manage inventory.
- Proficiency in using electronic devices and scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, capable of working well with a team.
- Flexibility to work in different areas as needs dictate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bending, twisting, reaching
- Continuous mental and visual attention while picking parts

- Day shift Tuesday through Friday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (with overtime as needed)
