Job Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, scraping, and patching holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficient and high-quality finishes
- Perform construction painting tasks as needed during remodeling or new construction projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Work on concrete finishing and plastering projects when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting, construction painting, or related field
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of frame carpentry and maintenance person tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
