Job Description

DCI Management is looking for a reliable painter / repairs of our rental properties in Bluefield, Princeton, Athens, WV. You will be responsible for ensuring that units are painted when moveouts occur. A painter must be well-versed in all basic painting techniques and able to work well meeting deadlines. The goal is to help maintain our properties in good condition to increase their value.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter
• Basic knowledge of painting / trim and baseboards / ceilings
• Familiarity with general painting maintenance methods and methods of repair
• A team player with great customer service skills
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing trade apprenticeship certification will be a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
