Production Painter jobs in Worcester, MA
Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Years of experience spraying fence / accessories is a must.
Forklift Experience is a must

Must be detail orientated / clean, neat & organized / efficient in a production facility to make sure jobs get finished on time.
Must have a positive thinking attitude and be able to trouble shoot and think on the go.
Must have a valid drivers license and own mode of transportation to get to work everyday.
Must have a hard working / fast paced personality to be able to lead the way in the painting dept. and get the jobs done on time.
Pay will be based on experience and knowledge of the painting industry. Specific fence based training / stacking of materials will be supplied.
