    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement detailed schedules for production, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely availability of all materials needed for manufacturing.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock is maintained to support production while minimizing excess.
    • Collaborate closely with procurement to forecast needs and schedule deliveries of raw materials and essential supplies.
    • Conduct regular analysis of production performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in material flow and scheduling.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with AS9100 standards, contributing to quality control and process enhancement.
    • Prepare and present reports on inventory and production status to management, providing insights and recommendations based on current trends and data.
    • Validate that the appropriate quality control forms, revision of drawings and routers accompany job packet to production floor.

    Competencies:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in material planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the aerospace or metal manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems is highly advantageous.
    • Proficient in ERP and MRP systems, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding capacity constraints and availability to maximize opportunity to level load production assets.
    • CPIM, CSCP certifications preferred.
