Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Coordinates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Supervisor monitors daily production results and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. Additionally, Production Scheduler Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Oxygen Production Supervisor to join our team in overseeing operations at our oxygen transfilling facility. The ideal candidate will manage, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the safe and responsible transfilling of liquid oxygen converted to oxygen gas and compressed into oxygen storage cylinders
Duties
· Responsible for overall operations of oxygen transfill facility in coordination with operations leadership.
· Direct responsibility and accountability for transfilling personnel safety, company assets, and the environment.
· Expected to take part in the transfilling process alongside Oxygen Transfill Technicians.
· Direct responsibility and accountability for efficient and on-time production of manufactured oxygen products.
· Accountability for quality of products produced in the facility and the facility quality system.
· Plans production and maintenance of the Transfill System.
· Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.
· Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to health and safety.
· Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained, repaired (when applicable), or are removed from service until corrected or disposed.
· Coordinate appropriate device maintenance, oversee the maintenance of specifications/technical information.
· Oversee inventory stock of spare parts of the transfill system machinery and consumables.
· Manages and motivates employees for higher productivity, mentors and counsels when needed, and holds employees accountable by following the Company disciplinary processes.
· Tracking and scheduling of employees, setting production goals in accordance with demand, and assuring distribution needs are communicated to distribution drivers.

Education & Experience
· Experience in transfilling oxygen is preferred.
· Experience in management, operations, logistics, and leadership.
· Proficiency with the following computer software: Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory control systems.
· Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
