We’re hiring a Master Scheduler!

Our Interior Systems Division is looking for a Master Scheduler for its manufacturing facility in Blue Springs, MO who will fulfil the customer requirements by leveling the activities of the production floor.

You’ll work on challenges that matter!

This job will require you to :

• Analyze, understand, and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.
• Analyze customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans : define and optimize data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems.
• Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces.
• Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimize resources (manpower, machines, materials, and supplier readiness and capacity).
• Manage the pool and safety stock levels.
• Check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDP.
• Act as primary customer contact for supply activities to support five-star customer experience.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management

Position Specifications

Minimum Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have the following education / experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience in production in an industrial environment
• Proficient level of English required
• International mind set
• Strong written and oral communication skills
