Role Overview:

As the Lawn Care Production Manager, you will assume a crucial role in overseeing our dedicated Lawn Care Team, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service excellence to our esteemed clientele. This position demands exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding organizational skills, and a steadfast commitment to achieving production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field leadership, including mowing foremen, landscape foremen, irrigation technicians, and fertilizer technicians.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service to all clients through meticulous site checks and onsite observation.
• Coordinate service schedules with division managers to ensure the timely completion of all accounts and effectively communicate any changes or additional services required for invoicing.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to staff to ensure proficiency in daily tasks, including winter snow removal duties.
• Collaborate closely with team members to execute lawn care services proficiently throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
• Assist in winter snow removal alongside team members during the winter season.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and job efficiencies to ensure adherence to budgeted hours, developing strategic plans for enhanced success when efficiencies are not met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in green services (mowing, fertilization, irrigation, landscaping).
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in the lawn care industry.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business management is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• No criminal record.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in various climates.
