Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications for all existing accounts across all products.
• Execute production planning activities in collaboration with sales and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries to contribute to the company's strategic business growth initiatives.
• Interact with customers, answer product and service questions, and provide information about other products.
• Support and execute sales and planning activities such as sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Communicate daily with the Plant Production Coordinator and the Plant Leadership Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand the quality requirements of each production line and conduct quality audits.
• Produce monthly sales reports in collaboration with members of Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
