YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Join our dynamic team as a Production Support Associate and be the go-to person for the daily tasks that keep our precision manufacturing company running like a well-oiled machine. As a member of the Production Support team, your main mission is to ensure that our Production Team has everything they need, exactly when they need it. From saw cutting to running machines to assembly, you'll be the superhero who makes it all happen. No job is too big or too small for you! But here's the exciting part – we believe in your potential to grow and succeed. Within 6 months to a year, you'll have the opportunity to move up within leanWerks and take your career to new heights. As a Production Support Associate, you'll also be responsible for managing chip bins, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and keeping our shop clean and organized.

Here's what we need from you:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Capable of driving a forklift safely
• Valid UT driver's license
• Ability to stoop, bend, and crawl as well as maneuver in tight spaces
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
