Job Summary

Train team members in the production process in accordance with the expectations, Standard Work Instructions, and values of the company by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all assigned tasks relating to training and supporting the assembly line.

• Maintain new employees in the training database and update work instructions

• Monitor and maintain a related training matrix for all employees in the department.

• Conduct training of new employees, new positions, new lines, and retrain when necessary

• Assemble parts according to the standard work instructions (SWI)

• Learn and understand all the production processes in the related department.

• Work to improve all training materials and methods as needed.

• Confer with team leaders and supervisors to determine training needs.

• Work closely with the assembly and machine operators to continuously improve existing standard work instructions and create new SWI’s as needed.

• Communicate timely regarding quality, equipment, safety issues to line leader

• Comply with safety instructions (PPE) and guidelines all the time

• Comply with Environmental & Health guidelines

• Comply with internal regulations

• Participate in end of day 5’s clean-up. Last five (5) minutes. Job Qualifications Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented solid

• Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
