Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. We are looking for a positive, upbeat specialist to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and answering questions about resident, vendors and owners accounts.     Responsibilities

    • Maintain accounts with vendors
    • Verify utility bills and continuous service agreements
    • Process and enter invoices for payment
    • Verify approval of invoices entered
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Process bank deposits
    • Complete bank reconciliations
    • Prepare and complete owners statements each month
    • Prepare and understand financial reports
    • Answer questions from residents, vendors and owners about their accounts

    Wages

    • Team members with limited experience can make $13-$14 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
    • This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

    Schedule

    This position will work during normal business hours, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
