The primary role of the BIM Support Specialist is to aid in the development and maintenance of company standards, project templates and library content. This role will require troubleshooting and support to company technology users. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Revit and be a team player with good communication skills.

Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent as well as some college preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in the AEC industry is required. Experience in an architecture office is desirable, but not essential. Requires comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware/software concepts.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the course of employment.
Qualifications/Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products is essential. Autodesk AEC Collections Suite knowledge is preferred, including Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Knowledge of networking and switch configuration or VMWare and Windows Servers products is a plus. Candidate must be eager to learn and have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, exceptional initiative, the ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere, and strong written and oral communication skills.
