The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing multiple projects and business initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The Program Manager will be required to build productive relationships with all team members and client representatives, while ensuring that high quality deliverables are provided in accordance with business objectives. Additionally, the Program Manager mitigates inherent risk that may impact the program or business objectives. Required competencies include capital planning, budgeting, scheduling, tracking and cost control methods, material coordination and construction management (budget and schedule management).
Salary Range: $100,000 - $144,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
