As a Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Athens, PA, you will be responsible for client and project management, including the technical and financial management aspects of projects. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and help them to achieve their goals. You will also represent the company at conferences and in meetings to resolve project issues, plan and coordinate work, and negotiate contracts.
