Product Manager – Communication Solutions
Work Location: Avon, OH / Hybrid
8:30-5:30pm
Job Summary:
The individual will execute go-to-market strategies, business objectives and initiatives to achieve financial targets. This position manages relationships with vendors, identifies changes in the market and competitive environment. Evaluates and adjusts the company’s go-to-market plan and philosophy accordingly.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and build solid relationships with Vendor to maximize the sales and profit growth of Jenne’s product line.
- Work with IT, finance and sales to apply promotions to eligible opportunities and manage Vendor reimbursement.
- Collaborate with marketing on the development of the annual marketing plan for Vendor.
- Work with marketing on developing and coordinating webinars targeted to resellers to communicate new products or solutions.
- Ensure all Vendor price changes, new product introductions, promotional announcements and Vendor organizational changes are communicated in a timely manner both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with purchasing on inventory and pipeline management.
- Attending key trade shows and/or conferences for Vendor and works with sales to ensure that timely follow-up occurs on leads generated.
- Understand Jenne’s Vendor key initiatives, services and vertical markets served.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/sales
- 4 Years of experience
- Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Travel Requirements:
0-25% travel is required for this position, overnight travel and stays may be expected.
Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 5lbs.
- This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time.
