Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     This position supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Office of Source Program Control Office within the Source Foundation GEOINT.

    Currently ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team in Springfield, Virginia .

    This is an onsite position.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

    Advise NGA and its subordinate organizations regarding strategic messages regarding support of mission priorities, goals, and accomplishments.

    Communicate strategic messages to key leadership officials within the agency and to key partners and members of DoD and the Intelligence Community.

    Produce NGA publications and official memoranda for internal and external customers.

    Interpret technology or applications into written technical design and report documentation.

    Develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic communications and marketing plan for SF.

    Coordinate, synchronize and manage Very Important Person (VIP) requirements with other agency organizations and internal SF offices.

    Coordinate, synchronize and manage SF office briefings for NGA Director’s Operations Intelligence morning update.

    Schedule, coordinate and run Group executive level meetings.

    Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, schedule and oversee the team delivery of Group communications and marketing that support the business process.

    Basic Qualifications :

    A minimum of eleven (11) years of related experience.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Masters degree in one of these fields is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Experience with graphic design tools and techniques.

    Prior NGA experience.

    Clearance Requirements :

    US Citizenship is required.

    An active TS / SCI w / CI Poly is required.

    Physical Requirements :

    Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

    Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
