Pantheon is seeking an individual to join our team as a Hardware and Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate for this job will have a passion for learning about the latest in IT hardware and a natural drive for organizing and managing details.

If you joined us, you would work in conjunction with both our sales and technical teams to ensure that our clients get the right equipment for their needs. Once it arrives, our goal is to get it into the client's hands as soon as possible - a goal you would help us achieve.

Job Duties:

• Manage Product Catalog to ensure the items on it are those we are currently selling and stocking
• Maintain and Grow Relationships with Key Vendors to ensure Pantheon gets the best products for our clients at the most advantageous price
• Order Product Strategically to maximize gross margin and minimize delivery fees
• Manage Sales Orders by tracking product from the moment it is ordered until it is installed and invoiced.
• Receive all Product and work with Finance to reconcile any invoice discrepancies
• Manage Inventory by maintaining minimum stock levels
• Complete Quarterly Inventory Reconciliations
• Create quotes for standard replacement equipment
• Work with the Technical Team to ensure efficient delivery and installation of hardware

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Experience:

• Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Waseca, MN 56093: Relocate before starting work (Required)
