We are seeking a detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental reception or a similar field, ensuring smooth patient service and scheduling.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling for patients
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize Dentrix, portals, and Outlook software
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and answering questions effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare providers
**Requirements:**
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, Attention to Detail
- Familiarity with dental and/or medical Front Desk operations is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities, confidentiality
