Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.   • Responsibilities:

    • Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
    • Handle tools and equipment safely and effectively, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.
    • Aid in performing routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning optimally and safely.
    • Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to timely resolutions.
    • Help read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, providing support during installations and repairs.
    • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
    • Travel to various job sites as needed, working alongside the team to deliver quality results.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a laborer or construction role, preferably with some exposure to electrical work.
    • Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
    • Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and effectively.
    • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, taking on new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
    • Flexibility to travel to different job sites as required.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
