    New Ridge Engineering is seeking a self-motivated Electrical Engineer to join their team remotely in the Richmond, VA area. Candidates need to reside within an approximate 2-hour drive to Richmond for the occasional job site visit.

    If you have a minimum of 6 years of building system electrical design engineering experience, New Ridge Engineering wants to hear from you! Electrical engineering degree, PE license, and Revit experience preferred, but not required.

    Job Summary:

    This role is project based, not task based. Most of your day will consist of interacting with clients and designing their spaces. From designing building systems, electrical systems, working with models, design calculations, coordinating in-house with the mechanical and plumbing engineers, helping supervise newer engineers’ design work, sitting in on progress meetings for your construction projects, and more. No day will look the same as the day before and you will never get bored!
