Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and student engagement
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Provide academic advising and guidance to students when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge in the subject area(s) you will be teaching
- Classroom management skills to effectively maintain discipline and create an optimal learning environment
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and platforms
- Ability to plan lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills to assess student performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Higher education teaching degree or relevant certification
- Experience in teaching or related field preferred but not required
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
