  • Centennial, CO FULL_TIME
  • Triplepoint Environmental develops and markets innovative wastewater process equipment with a specialization in wastewater lagoons. With its decades of lagoon treatment experience as well as multiple patented solutions, Triplepoint has contributed to the treatment of over 30 billion gallons of wastewater. After years of steady market penetration and product invention, Triplepoint is uniquely positioned to make a significant impact with new technologies.

Triplepoint is a company that thrives on “doing it better,” taking a more progressive and innovative approach to business in an old, stodgy industry. We are an ethics-driven organization with a collaborative, casual work environment, and we pride ourselves on having a workplace with open communication and mutual respect. We believe our core values actually mean something. We derive our value in this business from knowing we’re contributing to something larger than ourselves, and our satisfaction from “knocking it out of the park.”

    Why you want this job:

You’re not interested in working for some stodgy industry behemoth—you know you can’t throw a pebble into the ocean and expect to see the ripples. You want to have real responsibility, and you want to be able to directly see the impact of your efforts in an industry that actually improves the world. You want to be a part of a collaborative, supportive team that gives you autonomy and relies upon you every single day. Most importantly, you want to have fun and, while you’re at it, satisfy that burning desire to “Do Better” and work in a fast moving, goal orientated, nimble environment.

This position is 100% on-site and applicants must be able to commute to our Centennial, CO office.

    What You'll Be Doing:

As a Project Manager in the engineering group, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects from their early inception through installation, promoting Triplepoint’s strong customer-oriented mission along the way. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing stellar customer service in all aspects of the project, budget, timeline and execution.
    • Managing the project budget and P&L from cradle to grave.
    • Project Scheduling & Coordination.
    • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Project logistics, ensuring successful delivery of equipment to jobsites.

    • Assembling and modifying Project Engineering Submittals.
    • Materials and Equipment Sourcing and Purchasing.
    • Working with the sales team to verify customer expectations, scope, quotes, timelines, etc.
    • Verifying Supply Chain issues ensuring projects can be fulfilled on time.
    • Teaming with Engineering to modify project documentation to meet the customer’s needs.
    • Helping to verify and create cost estimates and life cycle cost analyses for Regional Sales Managers.
    • Producing specifications and supporting design documents for bids.
    • Reviewing and commenting on Bid Specifications and Drawings.
    • Occasional technical support and/or field support (<10% travel)

    Who we want:

If you’re the right candidate for the job, you:

    • Are a technical person with hands-on experience.
    • Have experience and “battle scars” to prove it: you know how projects go if details are missed.
    • “Get it,” able to comprehend technical and complex systems with ease.
    • Go all-in and have a “whatever it takes” attitude to get the task done.
    • Take your job personally: taking responsibility for both good and bad outcomes.
    • Don’t make assumptions but rather use facts/data to analyze and decide.
    • Have a sincere desire to help people.
    • Pride yourself on being reliable and punctual.
    • Are always on the lookout for potential pitfalls and risks.
    • Live by your word. When you say it, you do it.
    • Understand the value of rapid turn-around-times.
    • “Pick up the slack” and “take care of business.”
    • Are a natural problem solver; able to navigate any task that comes your way.
    • Are resourceful, always finding a solution.
    • Are versatile, demonstrating success in diverse areas.
    • Are a team player. This role requires coordination between Customer, Sales, Engineering, Operations and Contract Partners.
    • Have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

If you do not fit the above description, please do not apply.
