Case Managers will work in the pre-litigation process of a case. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following.

- Provide case management services to clients on a dependable basis. This includes timely communication, frequent follow up and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and facilitate access to necessary resources and services.
- Advocate for clients and ensure their rights are protected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies involved in client care.

Qualifications
