Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.   • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support.

    Responsibilities:
    - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
    - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
    - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
    - Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
    - Assist with proofreading documents for errors
    - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
    - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
    - Transcribe notes and correspondence as needed

    Skills:
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
    - Experience with office management tasks
    - Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
    - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to operate them efficiently
    - Data entry skills with high level of accuracy
    - Ability to computerize tasks for efficiency
