Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. This role will help create business relationships that will lead to referrals of new clients for our firm. The ideal candidate has experience with bodily injury and will be a representative who is persuasive, confident, personable, and effective at building relationships. This position does require you to travel, in your Central Washington Region, to businesses working to gain referrals.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to develop and manage business relationships that result in case referrals.
    • Represent Fielding Law Group
    • Network effectively with businesses in your assigned territory to generate leads.
    • Form partnerships with businesses to benefit both our firm and our partners.
    • Communicate effectively to articulate what we do and how we can help others.
    • Visit businesses to create new business relationships.
    • Find new ways to approach gathering leads for firm.
    • Develop new relationships with community members and leaders.
    • Perform client intakes and close on leads.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Some outside sales experience preferred
    • Background in insurance adjusting
    • Excellent networking, management and relationship building skills.
    • Proven ability to generate leads.
    • Past work experience in sales or networking environment preferred.
    • Spanish a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and organize time effectively
    • Position will cover the Tri Cities and surrounding areas
    • Candidate must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license and insurance.
    • Position requires travel during work hours in the assigned territory.
    • Mileage reimbursement is available.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
