Our law firm has an opening for a law clerk and we are looking for a driven individual with a desire to learn our practice and be a contributing member of our team. You’ll get hands-on experience conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, reviewing and assisting with estate planning documents, sitting in on client meetings, and understanding real estate transactions. You’ll also prepare business documents, review applicable case law, and learn about probate requirements. Bring your strong commitment to ethics and great attention to detail and we’ll provide the training you need to launch your career in law.

We have been expanding our firm throughout Southeastern Minnesota, and now have four offices in Rochester, Winona, St. Charles, and Lake City. As such, we seek candidates with a desire to establish a career in Southeastern Minnesota.
