We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused bilingual receptionist to join our team. As a bilingual receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish will be essential in providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Receive and upload mail to case management system
- Enter accurate calls and notes in case management system
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in using Word, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of insurance claims is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
