State Farm In-House Insurance Staff Counsel is seeking a Legal Administrative Support team member to join the Claims Litigation team. The selected candidate(s) will be housed at Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: organizing medical records, identifying dates of service and treatment provider source; closing files; filing litigation materials; communication with internal and external parties; new file set up; and processing incoming/outgoing mail. These tasks will be performed as part of the Shared Services Floating Support Team. Candidates must be detail-oriented, a team player, and resourceful. The most qualified candidates will have the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, be adaptable and embrace change. The selected individual will be considered a hybrid employee, primarily working in the office with the opportunity for some remote work. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.
