Professor - Legal Support jobs in Queens Village, NY
Professor - Legal Support teaches courses in the discipline area of legal services. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Data Entry Specialist / Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and inputting job requests into a database
- Following up with clients to collect any missing information
- Identifying and rectifying data errors
- Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requests
- Responding to information inquiries and accessing relevant files
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements
All you need to be a Data Entry Specialist, is 1 year of data entry work experience and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a bonus!
