    Key Responsibilities of a Digital Transcriber/California Notary:

    • 🎙️ Digital Recording: Capture spoken testimony during legal proceedings.
    • 💻 Tech Proficiency: Operate computer audio equipment after our training program.
    • 📝 Documentation: Create annotations and maintain speaker identifications.

    Requirements of a Digital Transcriber/California Notary:

    • 💻 Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable with computers and software.
    • 📝 Quick Typist: Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
    • 💼 Notary: Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission as applicable (we'll assist).
    • 🗣️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.

    AAERT Certification Required in some states; If not already AAERT Certified, we will provide training and opportunity for certification.
