Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     U.S. Legal Support seeks a Customer Support Analyst that has great multi-tasking capability, manages time effectively, and an excellent communicator. Customer Support Analyst duties include serving as a liaison between the company and clients/customers for our Remote Depo platform and similar offerings (Live Litigation and WebEx).

    Customer Support Analyst Job Functions:

    • Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution
    • Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed
    • Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depo as needed
    • Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism

    REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT LINKS:

    • Create and send Remote Depo links
    • Stay up to date on scheduling changes/standing orders, and make appropriate adjustments to Remote Depo links
    • Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
    • Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism

    Requirements

    All you need to be a Customer Support Analyst High School Diploma! A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, litigation experience is a plus.
