Job Summary:

Leading incorporation service company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. Registered Agents Legal Services, LLC provides a comprehensive range of incorporation and corporate filing services to entrepreneurs, legal and accounting firms nationwide. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide assistance and resolve inquiries

- Assist with all administrative functions of the company; answer and direct phones, data entry, check processing, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, process daily mail and provide information by answering client questions and requests.

- Assist customer service team with document retrieval and preparation and other projects as needed.

- Assist with in-house collections efforts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and process orders

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
