Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team at Arts HUB. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our programs and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Student Enrollment Software Management and Registrar Tasks:
• Input classes, camps, and productions into our software system.
• Assist with student enrollments, manage queries, and provide customer service.
• Process refunds, credits, and authorize class replacements.
• Manage and update scholarship information and applications.
• Office Management:
• Maintain and order necessary office and lobby supplies, ensuring a well-organized environment.
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the office and lobby areas.
• Handle office phone calls, providing information and support to callers, and routing calls as necessary.
• Basic Box Office Duties:
• Set up shows and events in the ticketing system.
• Respond to Box Office inquiries via phone and email, offering exceptional customer service.
• Assist patrons with ticket purchases and exchanges, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with student enrollment software and basic box office operations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the arts and community engagement is a plus.
