Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the PAC Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the Arts, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Representative Duties:
-Provide a full range of event and production planning and coordination services to PAC clients
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Write reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Support the administrative needs of the organization, including managing calendars, filing documents, and maintaining records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the operations of a College Performing Arts Center as a rental facility
-Knowledge of Occupational hazards and standard theatrical safety practices
-In depth knowledge of operating characteristics of modern theatrical technical equipment (ie, computerized lighting, sound and rigging)
-Problem solving techniques and resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to educate others on operational procedures and provide clear instructions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
