Justin-Siena is seeking to hire a teacher qualified to teach all levels of math, including Honors
Pre-Calculus and Calculus. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.The candidate is expected to plan, organize, and implement instructional activities that facilitate
active learning. Additionally, we seek candidates who model and support our Lasallian Catholic
mission.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate within the Mathematics Department to investigate, develop, and deliver ourcurriculum.
- Advise a small group of students.
- Intentional focus on student achievement.
- Grade student work and maintain/update grades.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and instructional teams.
- Communicate effectively with students and families.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
- Teaching credential in Mathematics preferred
- Strong commitment and desire to work with youth and adults in a collaborative
environment
Key Systems Knowledge Preferred
Google Suite (especially Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Google Docs, and Google Forms)
- Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Schoology
- PowerSchool
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
The range of compensation will be between: $55,400 - $102,500.To Apply
