    Summary:
    Coordinates and optimizes the day-to-day utilization of spatial assets across the enterprise. Ensures policies, processes, and procedures are followed. Works with stakeholders at all levels to collect data and match their business needs with the appropriate resources. Participates and coordinates special spatial asset projects and other activities. Compiles and analyzes information and statistics for identification of conditions worthy of management awareness. Acts as liaison for assigned leader. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

    Required:
    High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    Experience with information gathering and information distribution.
    Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
    Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects.
    Appropriate corporate decorum, tact, and social sensitivity necessary to the status of the position.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or on-site environment as needs dictate.
    Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

    Preferred:
    Bachelor's Degree or completion of college level coursework.
    Experience collaborating with senior leadership.
    Experience in a healthcare setting.

    Physical Demands:
    May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating.
    May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.
    Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.
    Ability to read job related documents.
