Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Medical Ethics provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Medical Ethics typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for an experienced Head of Ethics to oversee the design, implementation and operation of this program. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive ethics and compliance goal setting and performance, and coordinate priorities and activities enabling Circle to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You will drive education and awareness of these programs, instilling a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout Circle.
The Head of Ethics will oversee the implementation and execution of controls to ensure that the program is operating effectively and the overall risk is appropriately managed. The right candidate will possess and demonstrate strong ethics and compliance program design and execution experience focused on outcomes.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
Annual Bonus Target: 20%
