Job Description:The University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville, Department of Emergency Medicine is recruiting motivated and energetic physician with leadership desires and abilities to join our faculty on a non-tenure track. Successful candidate will receive academic appointment as Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. Clinical opportunities include positions in general emergency medicine and as member of the executive leadership team, this role as Assistant Chair, Program Development & Community Operations of will oversee major faculty and staff development initiatives that facilitate the professional growth and success of members in the department. The desire to adopt new methodologies and modalities as well as the desire to invite and support change are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to lead a diverse group of faculty, residents, staff, and learners into new territory are highly desirable.
