Professor - Pharmaceutical Sciences teaches courses in the discipline area of pharmaceutical sciences. Data Entry:
· Visually inspect document on a computer screen for key data entry fields
· Follow documented data entry instructions
· Excellent and accurate data entry\typing skills using various computer programs
· Daily time and work reporting
· Ability to use a computer running Microsoft Windows
· Experience with Microsoft Excel a plus
· Previous data entry experience a plus
Document Prep:
-Follow both verbal and written instructions/rules
-Physically open envelopes, remove staples and paper clips
-Process paper based documents and sort based off written instructions
-Able to add multiple types of document separators in appropriate locations
-Use of copy machines
-Attention to detail and quality of work
-Physically inspect documents for quality control
-Use of computer based software to scan documents and assign project titles/naming files
-Use of scanning equipment
