Being a Professor - Psychology provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Psychology typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Be a Post-Doctoral Fellow with our interdisciplinary team of experts by providing evaluation and diagnostic services to neurodiverse individuals with neurological, psychological, developmental and/or behavioral concerns. Our “Specialty Care Medical Home” model was developed in the best interest of patients as it brings together professionals from a variety of brain health related disciplines together within one organization. We invite Post-Doctoral Fellows to join our collaborative team of professionals which includes neurologists, developmental pediatricians, neuropsychologists, advanced practice nurses/psychiatric specialists, behavior analysts and other disciplines.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and a broad experience with a pediatric population.
What to Expect:
The Post-Doctoral Fellow will gain experience with a wide variety of populations--primarily children--with developmental disabilities, complex medical and neurological conditions, epilepsy, TBI, learning disabilities, attention problems, behavior problems, autism spectrum disorder, and neuropsychiatric conditions.
This is a full-time, two-year position.
